The team leader should be in possession of the following:

1. Master’s degree in business administration or similar field.
2. At least 15 years’ experience in management, operational planning and project management.
3. At least 5 years’ practical experience in the planning and management of similar assignments.
4. Proven track record of project management.
5. Should have interpersonal skills to manage people and build relationships.
