Main Purpose

To direct the Marketing, Customer Experience and Product Innovation and Development to ensure the strategic positioning, growth and revenue in line with the Strategy for Econet Telecom Lesotho.

  • Annual Operational planning for Marketing and Customer Experience
  • Financial Management and Control
  • Market Intelligence and Communication
  • Corporate Marketing, Branding and Communication
  • Product Innovation and Development
  • Customer Experience and Engagement
  • Marketing of Products and Services
  • Public Relations, Media and Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Managing of the Marketing and Customer Experience department

Qualifications, Experience & Personal Attributes

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, Business or similar
  • Postgraduate degree such as MBA is an added advantage
  • 8 – 10 years’ experience in the relevant field
  • Sound organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to identify, communicate and ensure implementation of strategies and objectives
  • Must be able to analyze and solve complex problems to achieve the correct outcomes
  • Must be able to plan and organise for the medium to long term future
  • Must be able to lead, manage and develop staff
  • Must be a member of a recognized institute of Marketing Management
